Refund Policy

Service-Based Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, consulting time, credit education, and administrative work, all sales are generally considered final once services have begun. Once work has started on your account, refunds are not guaranteed.

Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be considered only under limited circumstances such as duplicate payments or billing errors, and must be requested in writing within 48 hours of the transaction. Approved refunds are processed at the sole discretion of WealthWave Consulting, LLC.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact WealthWave Consulting, LLC directly before filing any chargebacks or disputes with their financial institution. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of services and permanent account restriction.
